BRIDGEWATER, J. -- Gary Myers appeals from his conviction of sexual exploitation of a minor, pursuant to RCW 9.68A.040(1)(b), for videotaping his daughters vaginal area while she was in the bathtub. We hold that portions of a videotape Myers made on the same day, in which he focused upon the vaginal areas of children at a picnic, were admissible to prove Myerss motive in videotaping his daughter; that, concerning the jurys use of the picnic video, there is no error for failure to give a limiting instruction where none was requested; that there is sufficient evidence because he posed his daughter; and that the statute is constitutional. We affirm.
